'Machinist' director flies to 'The Hive'

Anderson "The Machinist" helmer Kaira Anderson originates onto replace Joel Schumacher as director of Troika Pictures' thriller "The Hive."Set in the backdrop from the 911 emergency center, fast-paced suspense pic follows a 911 operator who must face her fears to have the ability to save a teenage girl in the killer.Wealthy D'Ovidio ("Exit Wounds") written the script, which initially had Halle Berry attached before she dropped out due to personal organizing issues, though several top stars have expressed fascination with the part.Michael Helfant and Robert Stein will produce for Troika Pictures, whose Bradley Gallo will co-produce.
